We provide residential and commercial tree services including but not limited to:

• Trimming & Pruning

• Stump Grinding

• Tree Health & Restoration

Estimates are provided free of charge and do not obligate you to proceed with any services.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel service due to unsafe conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by calling (727) 481-8081.

3. Payment Terms

All payment terms will be discussed prior to service. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Accepted forms of payment include:

• Cash

• Check

• Major credit cards

Late payments may be subject to service fees or collection activity.

4. Property Access

You are responsible for ensuring our crew has safe and clear access to the property on the scheduled service date. ArborWise Tree Services is not responsible for delays due to locked gates, pets, vehicles, or obstructions.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Tree services carry inherent risks. While we take all necessary safety precautions, you acknowledge and accept:

• ArborWise is not liable for underground utilities, irrigation systems, or hidden obstacles unless clearly marked in advance.

• ArborWise is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural issues or unsafe trees.

We are fully licensed and insured for your protection.
